BC TNE has initiated several programs to support teachers once they enter the profession. Among these initiatives are The New Teacher Academy, a two-day professional development conference specifically designed for K-12 educators.

Through a unique partnership with Boston Public Schools, BC TNE has also developed the Advancing Practice Seminars, a year-long series of workshops designed for K-12 teachers in public and private schools who are committed to cultivating their professional knowledge in collaboration with experienced educators.

Finally, BC TNE has established Supervision in Action, a course for cooperating teachers in BC's partner K-12 schools. The course focuses on practical mentoring and supervision skills.
